HOTEL REVIEW Rama Candidasa Resort & Spa ****

My parents and I stayed at the Rama Candidasa Resort & Spa for 1 night (July).  The hotel is located in Candidasa, near the Bat Cave. Here is my hotel review of Rama Candidasa Resort & Spa.

Reception

The reception is quite big, filled with sofas to sit in. On arrival, you’ll receive a drink and wet towel. first thing you’ll encounter. It’s small but lovely. The receptionist will help you book a van to drive you to a nearby town where you can eat something.

Restaurant & Breakfast

The restaurant and breakfast share the same room. Yher is a buffet from which you can take food but there is also a card where you have to decide what kind of eggs you want. Make sure to sit next to sea! There is no window, so you can feel a nice breeze when you eat whilst enjoying a beautiful view. But be careful when the sea is rough because then your breakfast will have a salty taste 😉

Bedroom

The bedroom is quite small. We had a desk with a chair, a minibar, and another tiny table. We ordered a room for 3 adults and we got a double room with a sleeping couch that didn’t fit well. The bathroom was quite spacious and nice.

Fun fact: There is shampoo and body wash available.  

Swimming pool

The swimming pool of Rama Candidasa Resort was super! There are pool towels available, and you can sit around the pool or just in front of the sea.

Beach

Unfortunately the hotel has no beach and that can be explained. To build some hotels and restaurants, they decided to destroy the coral reef of Candi Dasa and use it to build the buildings. Nature took revenge and big waves took back those beaches. The hotels in Candi Dasa don’t have beaches anymore and have now installed dikes to break the waves and to protect their hotels. Karma is a beach.

So this was my Hotel Review of Rama Candidasa Resort & Spa. I hope I have given you a better look at the hotel.
